Where do you deliver?

We deliver to a 3-mile radius around our Lye (DY9) kitchen — covering Lye, Stourbridge, Amblecote, Wordsley, Cradley, Cradley Heath, Brierley Hill and surrounding postcodes. Enter your postcode at checkout and we'll confirm your address is in range. Kingswinford delivery is coming soon — the Kingswinford kitchen is click & collect for now.

When does delivery start?

Our first delivery weekend is Friday 10 and Saturday 11 July 2026, from the Lye kitchen — and it runs every Friday and Saturday from then on. Pre-orders open in the days before each weekend.

What are your delivery times?

Accepted Answer

Friday and Saturday only, in two 3-hour windows: 1-4pm and 5-8pm. Inside each window you can pick a tighter 1-hour bin (e.g. 2-3pm) so you know roughly when to expect the driver.

When do I need to order by?

Accepted Answer

Order by 12pm for delivery between 1-4pm the same day, or by 4pm for delivery between 5-8pm. After a window's cut-off passes, that slot stops accepting orders until the next available day.

How much does delivery cost?

£3.99 flat — and free on orders over £30. Your branded paper bag is included with every delivery.

Is the food still fresh by the time it arrives?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our chilled curries are cooked fresh in small batches and held at fridge temperature. Our refrigerated delivery van keeps them at the same temperature from kitchen to your door, so they arrive ready to refrigerate or reheat right away.

What if I'm not home?

You can opt-in at checkout to let our driver leave the order with a neighbour or in a safe place. Either way, please refrigerate within 30 minutes of delivery. If we can't deliver and you haven't opted in, we'll bring the order back and refund you.

Do you deliver chilled curries, or frozen?

Accepted Answer

Both — but for delivery we focus on chilled (ready to eat within 3-4 days of delivery) cooked the same day. Freezer Filler bundles are also available if you want to top up your freezer; they thaw beautifully and last up to 3 months frozen.

Can I still collect in-store?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — collection runs every day we're open, no delivery fee, and orders are typically ready within 10 minutes. Pick your store and choose 'Collection' at checkout.
